Creamy Peas & Pearl Onions With Crispy Onion Topping |

Its so easy and delicious and makes a nice change for a vegetable side dish with your meal. Ingredients:
1/2 cup ranch dressing (regular or light ) |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 lb peas and pearl onions (frozen) |
3 ounces french's french fried onions |
Directions:
1. Cook frozen onions according to bag directions and drain. 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine creamy ranch dressing and mayonnaise. 4. Stir in peas and pearl onions and toss to coat. 5. Pour into a 2 quart cassorle dish. 6. Sprinkle French' s fried onions over the top. 7. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until heated through. |
