2 cups skim milk |
1 (1 1/3 ounce) box fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix |
1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt |
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter |
sliced apple |
banana |
peach |
fresh fruit |
Directions:
1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk pudding mix into milk until smooth. 2. Stir in yogurt, then peanut butter. 3. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. 4. Serve with sliced fruit. |
