Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (24 squares) |
1/2 cup peanuts, chopped |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
2 tablespoons peanut butter |
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup peanut butter |
1/2 cup sugar |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
16 ounces whipped cream |
Directions:
1. Combine crumbs and nuts in a bowl. Stir in butter and peanut butter, mix well. Set aside 1/2 c for topping. Press the rest into greased 13 x 9 pan or 10 springform pan. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 2. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Beat in sugar and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon over crust. Sprinkle with crumbs. Cover and freeze up to 3 months. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving. |
