Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge |

Southern Living Ingredients:
3 cups sugar |
3/4 cup butter or 3/4 cup margarine |
2/3 cup evaporated milk |
1 (10 ounce) package peanut butter morsels |
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large, heavy saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. 3. Cover and cook 3 minutes without stirring; uncover and boil 5 minutes (Do not stir). 4. Remove from heat; add morsels, stirring until morsels melt. 5. Stir in marshmallow creme and vanilla. 6. Pour into a buttered 13x9 inch pan. 7. Place in freezer for 10 minutes or let cool at room temperature. |
