Creamy Peanut Butter Bean Salad |

I wanted to try this, not bad if you like peanut butter! Different Ingredients:
1 (15.5) ounce can dark red kidney beans, drained rinsed |
1/2 cup chopped celery |
2 tablespoons sliced green onion |
1/4 cup chopped sweet pickle |
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter |
1/2 cup plain yogurt |
2 teaspoons sweet pickle juice |
salt to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine beans, celery, onions,chopped pickle in bowl. Stir together peanut butter, yogurt,pickle juice in bowl and then pour over the bean mixture, stir until moistened. Chill 1 hour |
