Creamy Peachy Smoothie

This smoothie is good for breakfast or any time of day.
Ingredients:
1 cup canned peaches or 1 cup apricot, with juice (i use the fruit that is canned in juice not syrup)
1 cup nonfat yogurt, of your choice (peach is good)
1/2 cup pineapple juice
Directions:
1. Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
2. I like to keep the canned fruit in the refrigerator to chill before making smoothies.
