Creamy Peach In Chocolate Sauce |

It s very simple but rich faloured dessert for your sweet tooth!! Enjoy!!! Ingredients:
peach ripe ( not over ripe)- 6 nos |
sugar – 1.5 cup |
water -1 cup |
cream-1 cup |
choco powder 1 tsp |
milk -1/2 cup |
vanilla – 2drops |
cinnamon powder—a pinch |
honey – 2tsp |
Directions:
1. Wash the peach and remove the skin. Take out the seed. 2. Mix sugar and water in a sauce pan and till the sugar is finally dissolved. 3. Switch on the gas and place the pan in gas and when the syrup is just about to boil place the peach in the sugar syrup. Let it cook in it. Turn the peaches so that it is uniformly coated with the syrup. When it gets soft with thick sugar syrup, remove from flame. Add 2 drops of vanilla. 4. Blend the cream with little addition of milk. 5. To make the chocolate sauce melt the choco powder and add little milk mix it properly and a pinch of cinnamon powder before its done. 6. To serve, place a peach from sugar syrup( it can be refrigerated before serving) in a plate, top up with blended cream. Add little chocolate sauce and just a dash of honey !!! |
