This pasta dish can be put together in minutes. Serve with mixed green salad. Hints: Instead of ham it can be served accompanied by fish or mushrooms. Ingredients:
350 g pasta |
25 g butter |
100 g diced ham |
225 g brie cheese |
240 ml cream |
1 g garlic |
1 g herb |
Directions:
1. Cook Pasta in a large pan of lightly salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain. 2. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a frying pan. Add the ham and cook for 2-3 minutes. 3. Remove the rind from the cheese. Chop it roughly and add to pan. Crumble in the OXO Garlic, Herb and Spice cube and stir in the cream. 4. Heat gently until the cheese has melted. 5. Add the pasta, season with black pepper, toss together and serve. |
