Creamy Passionfruit Freeze |

Another summer winner ! Prep time does not include freezing time. Ingredients:
2 cups passion fruit pulp |
1 cup caster sugar |
1 egg white |
300 ml sour cream, thickened cream can also be used here |
Directions:
1. Place pulp, sugar and egg white in food processor. 2. Beat at high speed for 10 minutes till thick and frothy. 3. Place sour cream in a large bowl. 4. Gradually stir in passionfruit mixture till smooth and combined. 5. Pour mixture into a 10 cm x 20 cm loaf pan. 6. Cover with plastic wrap. 7. Freeze overnight till firm. 8. Serve sliced or in scoops. |
