Whether you use fat-free ingredients in this creamy dip for fresh vegetables, it makes no difference in taste. It's wonderful. It is best made the night before. Ingredients:

1 cup fat-free mayonnaise |
1 cup ( 8 -oz ) reduced-fat sour cream |
1/3 cup minced fresh parsley |
2 tbs. finley chopped onion |
1 tbs. dijon mustard |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/2 tsp. salt |
1/4 tsp. pepper |
assorted fresh vegetables |
Directions:
