Creamy, buttery and simply yummy! Try it instead of mashed potatoes, noodles or rice. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon salt |
1 cup instant polenta |
2 ounces parmesan cheese, freshly grated |
4 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. In saucepan bring 4 cups water and salt to boil. 2. Stirring constantly, add polenta. 3. Cook, still stirring, until the polenta thickens, about 3 minute. 4. Remove from heat and stir in the parmesan and butter. 5. Cover and set aside until the butter is completely melted, about 2 minutes. 6. Stir once more before serving. |
