Can't get any faster than this!! This is especially good on steamed veggies. Can cut the recipe in half. This counts for 1 point per 2 T serving Ingredients:
1 cup fat-free italian salad dressing |
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated |
1 cup balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon liquid honey |
1/4 teaspoon oregano |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly grounded |
Directions:
1. Whisk together all ingredients and store in an air-tight container in the fridge. 2. Mix well before using. 3. Can be used on steamed veggies. |
