I love this, use it as a dip to, and its LF. Ingredients:
1/2 cup skim milk |
1/3 cup fat free sour cream |
1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise |
1/4 cup grated fat-free parmesan cheese |
1/2 teaspoon dried dill |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and shake well. 2. Refrigerate. |
