Creamy Paprika Sauce For Seafood |

Here's a sauce that will compliment any seafood. I put the seafood in the sauce and pour it on rice or noodles. Ingredients:
2 teaspoons olive oil |
1 teaspoon butter |
2 teaspoons minced shallots |
2 teaspoons minced garlic |
1 teaspoon chopped green pepper |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
2 teaspoons flour |
1 chicken bouillon cube, crushed |
1/2 cup dry white wine |
1 cup heavy cream |
2 teaspoons paprika |
1 teaspoon butter |
Directions:
1. In large skillet melt oil and butter. 2. Add next 5 ingredients. 3. Add flour and boullion. 4. Cook 2. 5. min. 6. Stir in wine and bring to a boil. 7. Reduce by 1/2. 8. Add cream and paprika, and the 1 T. 9. butter. |
