It's no bake and very easy to prepare, my son goes crazy for this one. Ingredients:
39 oreo cookies; divided |
1/4 cup butter or margarine; melted |
8 oz philadelphia cream cheese; softened |
1/3 cup sugar |
2 cups cool whip whipped topping; thawed |
Directions:
1. CRUSH 26 of the cookies; mix with butter until well blended. 2. Press firmly onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. 3. Refrigerate while preparing filling. 4. CHOP 9 of the remaining cookies; set aside. 5. Beat cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. 6. Add chopped cookies and whipped topping; stir gently until well blended. 7. Spoon into prepared crust. 8. REFRIGERATE at least 2 hours or until firm. 9. Halve remaining 4 cookies; stand on cut edges around center of pie. 10. Store leftover pie in refrigerator. |
