Serve this with your next salad and substitute liquid honey for the sugar substitute if your not diabetic. Ingredients:
1/4 cup frozen concentrate orange juice, thawed |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt |
1 tablespoon sugar substitute |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 pinch nutmeg |
Directions:
1. In a bowl combine all ingredients. 2. Beat til smooth. 3. Store in refrigerator. |
