This is really yummy!!! Ingredients:
1 -8 ounce brick cream cheese |
1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese |
1 cup pimento stuffed olive |
1 large garlic clove, grated |
1/2 small vidalia onion, grated |
1/2 cup chopped smoked almonds |
pepper |
assorted vegetables |
cracker |
bread |
Directions:
1. Put cream cheese & ricotta cheese in a food processor. 2. Add olives, pepper, garlic & onion. 3. Pulse until you get a creamy consistency. 4. Sprinkle almonds over top of dip. 5. Serve with your favorite dippers. |
