A simple and healthy breakfast naturally sweetened with fruit.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup rolled oats
water
1 cup 1% low-fat milk
1 small banana, mashed
1 tablespoon raisins
Directions:
1. Place oats in a large microwave bowl. Ads sufficient water to just cover plus about 2/3 cup milk.
2. Microwave on 100% for 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Add the banana and raisins and microwave for 1 to 2 minutes more.
4. Add the remaining milk to desired consistency.
