Creamy No-Bake Strawberry Pie |

This is recipe is so simple, it's not even funny and very inexpensive! I found this recipe on another site and changed some of the ingredients to my families liking. Ingredients:
1/3 cup water |
1 1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin |
4 ounces half of 8oz package cream cheese |
3 (6 ounce) containers yoplait strawberry yogurt |
1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping (thawed) |
1 1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 graham cracker crumb crust |
Directions:
1. In 1 quart saucepan, place water; sprinkle with gelatin; let stand 1 minute. Heat over low heat, about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved. Cool slightly. 2. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add yogurt and gelatin mixture; beat on low speed until well blended. Fold in whipped topping, and 1/2 cup strawberries. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. 3. Before severing, garnish pie with additional whipped topping and sliced strawberries. |
