A Pol Martin recipe. Ingredients:
1 shallot, finely chopped |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
1 pinch paprika |
salt, to taste |
black pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. place shallot, mustard and lemon juice in bowl. 2. season with salt and black pepper, mix well with whisk. 3. incorporate cream in a thin stream while whisking constantly. 4. add paprika, mix and correct seasoning. 5. serve over salad. |
