This is from Sandra Lee Semi Homemade book. This sauce is served over pork, ham, chicken, steamed vegetables, potatoes or rice. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream |
1/2 cup dijon mustard |
salt |
1 pinch white pepper |
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, mix cream, mustard, and pepper. 2. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly, stirring constantly, about 1 minute. 3. Season to taste with salt. |
