Creamy Mustard Pork Chops |

I love this recipe because it is so flavorful and you get a hint of the mustard after you have already consumed the pork it is great. I got this from a Campbells E-mail recipe Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops, 3/4 thick |
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning |
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can campbell's cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 cup milk |
1 tablespoon dijon-style mustard |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle chops with lemom peppper seasoning. 2. Heat butter in skillet. 3. Cook chops 10 min until browned. 4. Add soup, milk and mustard. 5. Heat to a boil. 6. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min or until chops are done. 7. Sprinkle with parsley. |
