Yummy! Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter |
1 yellow onion, diced |
2 stalks celery, diced |
1 large carrot, diced |
1 lb mushroom, diced |
3 cups beef broth, low sodium |
370 ml fat-free condensed milk |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. 1. Over medium heat, saute vegetables in butter, till onions are translucent, about 5 minutes. 2. 2. Add beef broth and simmer for 15 minutes, until vegetables are cooked through. 3. 3. Remove from heat and add condensed heat. season to taste, serve. |
