A garlic and mushroom sauce gives sauteed chicken breasts a dressed-up touch, perfect to pair with rice and your favorite green vegetable. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts |
1 (10.75 ounce) can campbell's® condensed cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup |
1/2 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. 2. Add soup and milk. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done. |
