Creamy Mashed Ranch Potatoes |

These are fast, easy and add a little different taste to your ordinary mashed potatoes. I just estimated amounts here so just taste it as you make it to adjust to your own liking. Ingredients:
4 -5 lbs potatoes |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 package ranch dressing mix |
4 -6 tablespoons half-and-half or 4 -6 tablespoons milk, as needed |
salt |
Directions:
1. Peel and cube potatoes.
2. Boil until tender.
3. Drain and mash.
4. Beat in cream cheese til smooth.
5. Stir in rest of ingredients.
6. Serve hot.
