Creamy mashed potatoes Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs red potatoes |
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
8 ounces sour cream |
1/2 cup butter |
1/4 cup milk |
2 green onions, chopped |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
salt |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes in skin until tender. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients with mixer and place in baking dish. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. |
