From Vegetarian Times November/December 2005. Allow to chill 30 minutes before serving with fruit slices, crackers, or cookies. Ingredients:
3/4 cup light cream cheese |
1/2 cup canned pumpkin |
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar |
1 tablespoon maple syrup |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Combine cream cheese, pumpkin. 2. and brown sugar and beat at medium speed until well blended. 3. Add syrup and cinnamon, and beat until. 4. smooth. 5. Cover, and chill 30 minutes. |
