I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from our local farmers market. I plan to use Splenda brown sugar and sugar free Log Cabin syrup. Ingredients:
3/4 cup light cream cheese |
1/2 cup canned pumpkin |
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar |
1 tablespoon maple syrup |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Combine cream cheese, pumpkin and brown sugar in electric mixer bowl; beat at medium speed until well blended. 2. Add syrup and cinnamon, and beat until smooth. 3. Cover, and chill 30 minutes. |
