Low fat pasta sauce made with silken tofu Ingredients:
1 onion |
4 cup mushrooms |
300 gram silken tofu |
1 cup vegetable broth |
60 grams low fat cheese |
1/2 tsp basil |
Directions:
1. Finely chop the onion,and cook til translucent. Finely slice the mushrooms and fry til brown with onions. 2. Add the cup of broth, basil and seasonings and cook for 3 mins. 3. Puree the silken tofu til like cream. Add to the pan and cook til bubbly. 4. Stir through the cheese until melted. 5. Serve over spaghetti, and pasta. |
