Creamy Loaded Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:
3 pound(s) all-purpose potatoes peeled and cubed
1 1/2 cup(s) cheddar cheese shredded & divided (about 6 oz.)
1 cup(s) mayonaise
1 cup(s) sour cream
3 green onions finely chopped
6 slice(s) bacon crisp cooked and crumbled
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 2-quart shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
2. Cover potatoes with water in 4-quart sauce pot, bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and cook 10-minutes or until potatoes are tender; drain and mash.
3. Stir in 1 cup cheese, mayonaise, sour cream, green onion and bake 30 minutes or until bubbling.
4. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and bacon. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish, if desired, with additional green onions.
