Creamy Linguine With Shrimp

This simple recipe is delicious and the lemon juice adds a lovely tang to the garlic and shrimp. Its ready in a flash yet special enough to serve to friends. Add fresh crab and sliced red chili peppers for an even more delicious treat.....!
Ingredients:
6 ounces linguine
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove, finely sliced
7 tablespoons white wine
1/2 lemon, juice
5 1/2 ounces shrimp, raw and peeled
Directions:
1. Cook the pasta. Meanwhile heat the oil in a apn and gently fry the garlic for 2 minutes.
2. Tip in the wine and bubble over a high heat for 1 min then lower the heat and stir in the lemon juice.
3. Season to taste with salt and plenty of black pepper. Simmer for 1 min to reduce a little, then add the shrimp and simmer in the sauce until just pink.
4. Drain the pasta and tip into the sauce, use tings to mix everything together, divide into bowls and serve.
