Guacamole itself is a fairly low-carb dip; it's the chips that get you. Serve this reduced-fat version with raw vegetable slices. Ingredients:
1 ripe peeled avocado, seeded and coarsely mashed |
1/4 cup fat-free sour cream |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro |
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce |
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin |
Directions:
