Summer is almost here and I love lemonade when it is hot! This will be good to eat! Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups cold milk |
2 (3 1/2 ounce) vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling mix |
1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed (if you cannot find 6 oz. can, use 6 oz out of a larger can) |
8 ounces cool whip |
1 prepared graham cracker crust |
lemon slice, garnish |
Directions:
1. Whisk milk and pudding mixes for 30 seconds in a large mixing bowl. 2. Add lemonade and whisk for another 30 seconds until thick. Gently stir in cool whip. 3. Spoon into crust. 4. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set. 5. Garnish with lemon slices. |
