A wonderful summer pie. Ingredients:
1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk |
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix |
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened |
3/4 cup lemonade concentrate |
1 graham cracker crust (9 inches) |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine milk and pudding mix; beat on low speed for 2 minutes (mixture will be thick). 2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. 3. Gradually beat in lemonade concentrate. 4. Gradually beat in pudding mixture. 5. Pour into crust. 6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. |
