I have made this for many occasions and everyone raves over it. Very easy to prepare and make aheads are always great. Ingredients:
5 (3 ounce) packages lemon jell-o gelatin |
6 cups boiling water |
1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade |
1 (12 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed |
Directions:
1. Dissolve jello in boiling water, then stir in lemonade concentrate until dissolved.
2. Chill until partially set.
3. Fold in whipped topping.
4. Pour into a 13 x 9 glass dish.
5. Chill until firm.
