Lemon is delightfully refreshing in all its guises when it's hot out, and contributes delightfully to this pasta sauce. Ingredients:
1 lemon |
1/2 cup unsalted butter |
1 garlic clove |
1 cup cream |
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Zest the lemon, then squeeze out the juice and mix together. 2. Sauté the garlic in the butter in a large pot. 3. Add the cream and the zest/juice from the lemon. 4. Stir until heated through. 5. Server over pasta, and sprinkle with cheese. |
