7 fluid ounces heavy whipping cream |
1 tablespoon flour |
1/2 lemon, zest only |
black pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Mix the cream and flour in a saucepan. 2. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. 3. Mix the lemon peel into the sauce and season with pepper. 4. Serve hot with steamed vegetables. |
