Directions:
1. Ingredients: 2. /2 c chicken stock 3. c orzo 4. lemon juiced 5. /4 c cream 6. /3 c grated Parmesan 7. /3 c cream cheese 8. tbl butter 9. tbl fresh chives, snipped 10. tbl cracked black pepper 11. zest of 1/2 lemon 12. Directions 13. In a medium sauté pan, bring the chicken stock to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 7 to 8 minutes until liquid is almost absorbed or orzo is tender. Be sure to check on the pasta constantly as it does have a tendency to burn and stick to the bottom of the pan. Remove from heat. 14. Stir in remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper if necessary and serve. |
