This chicken pasta salad will be a hit at a backyard picnic. Ingredients:
dressing |
1 cup lemon low-fat yogurt |
1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon poppy seeds |
pasta salad |
2 to 21/2 cups (4 ounces) uncooked bow-tie pasta |
1 can (10 ounces) premium chunk breast of chicken, drained and flaked |
1 can (8 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained |
1/2 cup sliced green onion |
1/2 cup sliced celery |
Directions:
