8 oz linguine, cooked |
1 lb shrimp |
2 t olive oil |
1 t butter |
2 t garlic |
1/2 cup milk |
8 oz mushrooms, canned |
1 t lemon juice |
1 t flour |
2 t water |
2 cups spinach |
1/2 t lemon pepper seasoning |
4 t parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook Linguine 2. Saute garlic, mushrooms in olive oil. Add shrimp and cook 3-4 minutes. Drian liquid 3. add butter, lemon juice, milk. Thicken mixture with flour and wather, and 1/2 of parmasean cheese. 4. When thick ladle shrimp mixture over cooked linguini and sprinkle with parmesan cheese |
