This spread is great on tomato or smoked turkey sandwiches, grilled fish, and as a dip for raw vegetables. Ingredients:
1/3 cup sour cream |
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
1 small shallot, minced |
2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill |
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind |
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl; cover and chill at least 30 minutes. Brush on hot grilled corn. |
