Ingredients:
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons heavy cream |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/2 teaspoon dried basil |
2 teaspoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley |
1/3 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. In a mayonnaise jar, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, cream, sugar, oregano, basil, parsley, and pepper; shake well. Transfer to a bowl and, whisking constantly, slowly add the olive oil. |
