Well, what can I say ...it's creamy Italian salad dressing! Ingredients:
2-4 cloves crushed garlic |
1/2 medium tomato, chopped |
3 tablespoons good vinegar (i like apple cider vinegar in this dressing) |
1/2 cup yogurt |
1/2 cup packed fresh parsley |
2 teaspoons dried basil or 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh basis. |
2 teaspoons dried oregano or 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh oregano |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper |
1 teaspoon celery seed |
1/2 cup olive oil. |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except oil in the blender. With blender on slowest speed, slowly add the oil. Makes about 2 cups. |
