Ingredients:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces |
1 small zucchini, chopped |
1 (10 ounce) container philadelphia italian cheese and herb cooking creme |
1/2 cup chopped tomato |
2 cups hot cooked orzo pasta |
Directions:
1. COOK chicken and zucchini in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 6 to 7 minute or until chicken is done. 2. ADD cooking creme and tomatoes; cook and stir 2 minute 3. SERVE over pasta. 4. Substitute: Substitute 2 cups frozen cut green beans for the zucchini. |
