This is a great easy recipe I got from the back of a McCormick Roasted Garlic and Bell Pepper Seasonings Blend bottle. I think you could also substitute shrimp for the chicken. Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast |
2 tablespoons roasted garlic and red pepper spice mix |
1 tablespoon flour |
1 tablespoon oil |
1/2 cup sliced red bell pepper |
1 cup heavy cream |
Directions:
1. Coat chicken with the flour and 1 tbs. of seasonings. 2. Heat 1 tablespoons oil in a large skillet on medium heat. 3. Add chicken and 1/2 cup sliced bell pepper; cook and stir 4 minutes. 4. Stir in 1 tablespoons seasoning and 1 cup heavy cream. Simmer 5 minutes. 5. Serve over noodles. I used macaroni and it turned out great. |
