A good hot dip for those cold months and holiday get-togethers, or just any time for something a little different. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 cup sour cream |
3 ounces dried beef, rinsed and finely chopped |
2 tablespoons chopped green peppers |
1 1/2 tablespoons minced onions |
1 teaspoon dried green chili pepper flakes (optional) |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
pepper |
raw vegetables or raw cracker |
Directions:
1. Combine first eight ingredients in a 1 quart baking dish. 2. Bake at 375 degrees, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. 3. Serve with veggies and/or crackers. |
