I got this from a friend. This is absolutely the BEST artichoke dip I've had. Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1 garlic clove, finely chopped |
1 cup french-fried onions |
2 cups cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Pour into a lightly greased baking dish. 3. Bake uncovered at 350F for 25 minutes or until heated through. |
