In this simple-to-prepare vegetable dip, horseradish shines through without being too overpowering.Barbara Coleman, Dunbar, West Virginia Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish |
1 teaspoon cider or white wine vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon curry powder |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard |
assorted fresh vegetables |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Serve with vegetables. Yield: about 1 cup. |
