Creamy Horseraddish Dressing |

Toss this tangy dressing with romaine lettuce and shredded radicchio to serve along side grilled steak. I like this particularly over freshly roasted beets. Yum! Ingredients:
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped |
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons light sour cream |
2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed |
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper. 2. Note: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. |
