I got this recipe from my sister in law. It is heavily requested at bar-b-ques and other family gatherings not to mention at home too! Ingredients:
32 ounces shredded potatoes |
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
16 ounces sour cream |
1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 cup margarine, melted |
4 cups crushed corn flakes |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 2. Mix all ingredients except margarine and corn flakes. Place in a greased 13X9 pan. 3. Mix margarine and crushed corn flakes and place on top evenly. 4. bake 45 minutes at 425 degrees. |
